Christmas Greetings from Italy

                

      Natale

Durante l’ultimo mese abbiamo lavorato alla preparazione di biglietti augurali da spedire alle scuole gemellate, con le nostre English Teachers e la professoressa di Arte. Con tutti i prodotti abbiamo allestito un mercatino di Natale nell’atrio della scuola, dove c’è un angolo dedicato al Progetto Comenius. Inoltre abbiamo scelto con il professor Martin il brano per rappresentare il Natale.

Christmas Task     

We’ve prepared artistic Christmas greetings to be sent to our partners with our English teachers and our Art teacher. The results ‘ve been displayed in a cheerful Christmas Market in the school hall, where perhaps is also standing a ‘Comenius Corner’. With our Music Teacher we’ve prepared a song for this Christmas.

MAY YOUR CHRISTMAS BE FILLED WITH DELIGHT!

Christmas is forever,

 not just for a day,

for loving, sharing, giving

are not to put away,

like bells and lights and tinsel,

in some box upon a shelf...

The good you do for others

is the good you do yourself!

   

         1 little star on the top of the tree

         2 little presents underneath for me

         3 silver ropes twisted around the tree

   4 coloured light shining prettily 

   5 shining balls flowing silvery. 

Oh what a sight for us to see!

Two merry blue eyes     

a very little nose

a long snowy beard

 and cheeks like a rose

around a chubby man

a big bulging pack

Hurrah for Old Santa

We're glad he's come back!

 Nell'atrio della scuola abbiamo allestito una mostra con decorazioni e presepi fatti con materiali riciclati. Con il ricavato la scuola adotterà a distanza un bambino.

                  

                              

 In the school hall we have prepared an exhibition of cribs and decorations done with recycled materials!
The funds raised by this Christmas market will be devolved to charity.

This morning we received  Christmas POST from our friends in GALWAY !
Oggi è arrivata posta da Galway, Irlanda...

Later we received also Christmas postcards from France!
